Customer Access - Help Desk Information
Application support for Innoprise Software is provided Monday—Friday between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time.  Support is also provided on most statutory holidays. 

Email is often the best way to submit your requests. Email is monitored constantly during our posted support hours and enables you to send us a detailed description of your problem with attachments.  Requests sent after-hours will be addressed as soon as possible the following business day.
