Citizen Access is an add-on module to Innoprise's Financial Management software and brings a new level of eGovernment to the public sector. With this solution, citizens have the ability to utilize self-service kiosks at public locations providing convenience and enhancing customer service. From a kiosk, or through the web the public can look up information and/or receive services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
