St. Lucie County's Fire District Chooses Financial Management
Software from Innoprise Software, Inc.™

BROOMFIELD, CO - June 14, 2007. Innoprise Software, Inc. today announced that St. Lucie County's Fire District in Florida has contracted with Innoprise Software, Inc. for new financial management software that will replace the district's legacy system. St. Lucie purchased Innoprise Financials, Human Resources and Payroll software, along with hardware and implementation services. The District is located on the eastern edge of the south-central coast of Florida in the heart of what is known as "The Treasure Coast". Three Battalions, totaling fifteen stations, serve three municipalities as well as the unincorporated area of St. Lucie County.

St. Lucie is scheduled to implement Innoprise financial software first with a target go live of October 2007, followed by Human Resources and Payroll software.

Innoprise applications use a Java™ 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE™) architecture that enables advanced functionality not possible with older-generation legacy systems. "Our existing financial package is still using the same code written 20 years ago," said Gary Perdew, Clerk-Treasurer for the district. "Our existing application was very difficult to learn, cumbersome to use and frustrating when trying to retrieve data for reports," added Perdew.”

The district was looking for a solution that was user-friendly, web-based and utilized the newest technology validating the Innoprise solution is at the beginning of the product life-cycle. "The new software uses pull-down menus for simple application navigation," explained Perdew. "All of the modules look very similar. When the user understands how to use or navigate one module they can very easily learn the nuances of the others," added Perdew.

The Vendors making the final list were Innoprise, Banner, ADP and MUNIS. When the selection committee reviewed the responses their number one comment was the Innoprise solution offered the district the most value per taxpayer dollar spent versus
the other packages. "The district is looking forward to all of the benefits the new integrated financial system," said Perdew.
