Corporation to provide government officials with a pre-bundled hardware
and ERP software solution called Smart Government Solution. The Smart
Government Solution enables Innoprise and IBM to provide small and
midsized cities, counties and public utility customers with a totally
integrated and packaged, appliance-like hardware and software bundle.
The agreement combines IBM Smart Business solution --
including hardware, software and technical support with Innoprise’s
web-based ERP software. The partnership offers a totally integrated and
packaged Smart Government Solution, shipped directly to customers from
IBM. The Innoprise ERP software is preloaded onto IBM’s Smart Cube
servers to provide a total integration of business applications

Smart Government Solution is the IBM Smart Desk which includes a single,
