of Erie, Colorado, has gone live on Innoprise Software, Inc.’s CIS
software. The new CIS software replaces a system that had been in place
for 7 years that no longer meets the Town's changing business
requirements. Erie has already gone live on Innoprise Financials
in August 2008, followed by deploying Innoprise Community Development
software in December 2008. Located just 25 miles north of Denver,
and 10 miles east of Boulder, Erie is a full service community that
provides state of the art infrastructure to approximately 17,500
citizens.

uses an open architecture that allows for enhanced flexibility and an

overcome our billing challenges. In addition, our CIS staff is
enjoying the ability to view customer statements at any time and the
ability to email statements,” explained Diehl. Additional features
include a unique data filtering tool for users to make system-wide
inquiries and then easily download the results into Microsoft Word
and/or Excel with one click. “We are looking forward to using
Innoprise CIS to improve billing efficiency and reporting capabilities
