Brunswick's 22.5 square miles is home to a diverse population of

Brunswick decided to replace their existing green screen legacy system that ran on
an AS/400. “Our users were dissatisfied with our existing
software because it was too rigid and did not meet their needs,” said Steve Williams Information
Services Manager for the town. “Due to the closed design of our existing
system, we were required to purchase costly third-party upgrades in
order to integrate with standard office applications,” explained Williams.
The
new Innoprise Community Development software will support the town's need to improve operational
efficiency by providing easy access to information, automating manual
processes and eliminating resource-intensive activities. The software includes built-in
workflow automation features, the ability to expedite notification to
code violators and track non-compliance.
According to Williams, the challenge was to find a
