BROOMFIELD, CO - October 7,
2009. The City of Belton, Missouri has contracted with Innoprise
Software, Inc. for new ERP software that will replace the City's current
system. The City purchased Innoprise Community Development, CIS and
Financial Management including Payroll and Human Resources software,
along with implementation and training services. Belton provides city
services to approximately 24,436 citizens.
Cities in Missouri and across the United States are facing near
unprecedented budget constraints, yet citizens still expect a broad

1999 and was obsolete in terms of capabilities and ease of use. The
query program within their existing system was extremely complicated and
often required IT support for basic reports. "As a finance department,
we struggled with a basic weakness in accounting logic with our legacy
software," said Michael Wade, Director of Finance for the City.
In order to meet their changing business requirements, improve
departmental efficiency and better support to citizens, Belton has
