Innoprise Software, Inc.™ Develops a Virtual City Hall for Anaheim Public Utilities

BROOMFIELD, CO - June 29, 2006. Innoprise Software, Inc. today announced that Anaheim Public Utilities, California has launched their "Virtual City Hall" as part of an interactive web development project completed by Innoprise's Professional Services Group. This new service, called Manage Your Account, allows customers to manage their utility account 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the City's web site. Anaheim Public Utilities serves approximately 110,000 electric customers and 60,000 water customers in a 50-square-mile service area.

Manage Your Account was one of Anaheim's priority initiatives for 2006 to provide a one-stop shop for utility customers. Using the web, customers can request services to be turned on or off, view account information and history, view pending service orders, request a one-time payment extension and update customer information.

Innoprise used the core business logic and objects from its Java™ based CIS software to provide Anaheim with a fully interactive customer service web site. The entire suite of Innoprise software is based on an open architecture, allowing Innoprise to reuse core CIS business rules and provide seamless integration to the city's existing legacy CIS software. Innoprise CIS is a cross-functional Web-based enterprise software that was developed using Java™ 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE™). Anaheim's Virtual City Hall links Anaheim's web site to their existing legacy CIS system that contains all of their customer account information. "We used the same look and feel of Anaheim's existing web site to make navigation easier for Anaheim users," said Bill Barnett, project manager for Innoprise.
