The City of Centennial, Town of Avon, City of Greeley and Snowmass Village have deployed Innoprise Tax. Colorado cities and towns utilize the Innoprise Tax system to collect sales and use tax, occupational privilege tax, accommodations tax, property, licenses and permits taxes. Additional features include paperless and automatic license approvals, as well as Internet account maintenance and online tax return submission. According to Valerie Barry, Finance Officer for the Town of Avon, the decision to purchase new software was driven by the need to improve basic accounting transactions. “Our existing Tax software was outdated and reporting was far from dynamic.
